Will I get a refund if I need to cancel my lesson?

If you cancel a lesson within the free cancellation period set by your coach, you will receive TotalCoach credit, which will automatically be used as payment for your next booking. You can check your TotalCoach Athlete credit balance by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen. Tap your name to see any available TotalCoach Athlete lesson credit.

TotalCoach Athlete credit will match the cancelled lesson value less any applicable booking fee. A new lesson purchased less the value of the credit, for any service the coach offers via their booking page on TotalCoach Athlete.
