💰How to pay for your lesson

Paying for your coach is super easy, just follow the steps below to enjoy your next lesson:

1. Select the service you wish to purchase from your coach's booking page.

2. Choose an available date and time.

3. You will be presented with your booking Summary.

4. If you agree with the booking summary, Sign In if you already have an account. Otherwise, simply complete the Create an account form. Note: your email address you choose here will be your unique identifier for all actions within the app and for two-way communication with your coach. Use an email address you want to use for information and communications about coaching.

5. Then tap Sign Up. By creating an account you will be able to save time when you next book a lesson.

6. When logging in for the first time you will be asked to select a subscription type either Free, $10USD monthly or $8.34USD monthly (paid annually).

7. Review the booking Summary, then tap Continue to payment. You may also be able to Pay your coach directly if they have enabled this option for the service you are purchasing.

8. Enter your credit card details into the Payment info section when paying by credit card. Tap Enter your card then click Confirm and pay to secure your lesson booking. There is a 15-minute time limit to complete the transaction. If the time limit expires, it will be necessary to restart the lesson booking process. You will receive a payment confirmation via the app and by email.

9. Inside the TotalCoach Athlete app your new lessons will appear in the Activity Feed on your Home page and in Upcoming lessons on the Lessons page.

10. If this is your first time booking a lesson, we recommend completing your profile which can be found by tapping the menu icon on the top right corner of your phone, then tapping your name, or by tapping your profile icon on the top right of your computer screen, then Profile. Completing your profile will help your coach understand your sporting history and goals so they can personalize your lessons.
