Why does TotalCoach Athlete charge a booking fee when paying via the WebApp?

A booking fee is charged anytime you book a lesson via the TotalCoach Athlete WebApp. It is a percentage of your total purchase amount. Fees are divided into two parts; one covers Stripe transaction fees, and the other covers cloud infrastructure costs.
