# My Golf / My Tennis
Using this tool, you can **save, categorize, share**, and **upload** content from your coach, as well as add anything you feel is valuable.
1. Use the **Library** function to build a library of categorized learning resources sent from your coach.
1. **Save** and **Categorize** your lesson videos and practice drills by [adding them to your Favourites](https://support.totalcoach.com/athletes/welcome-to-totalcoach-athlete/lessons/how-to-add-videos-to-your-favorites-section).
2. Access and review all **Exercises** sent to you by your coach in one place.
3. Create and save a [practice lesson](https://support.totalcoach.com/athletes/welcome-to-totalcoach-athlete/lessons/how-to-create-a-practice-lesson).
2. By using the **Calendar** function, you can keep track of your lesson bookings, events, and practice sessions.
3. You can create lists of people you interact with regularly in **Contacts.**
