To access the TotalCoach Athlete WebApp, you must use the same email address you used to sign up for TotalCoach. In the login process you will be given two options for subscription; see the section .
Navigate to your TotalCoach Athlete WebApp using one of the following methods:
Scan the coach's QR code.
Tap the link sent to you by your coach.
Go to and sign in via the Athlete Login button at the top of the page. Tick Remember me to save you time when signing in to TotalCoach Athlete WebApp.
Most TotalCoach Athlete features are free, including Session bookings, Recent lesson reviews, access to Upcoming lessons, and Uploading notes or Videos for your coach.
Subscribe for added benefits including unlimited lesson access, easy categorization, quick past lesson reviews with the lesson map, and the ability to create a library for favourites, exercises, and practice lessons.
A monthly subscription costs $ 10 USD/month. Otherwise, it is $ 100 USD /year for an annual subscription. Saving $ 20 USD /year.

TotalCoach is a WebApp, so it will run inside any modern browser on any device. If you’re an iOS user then we recommend using Safari, but it also works on Chrome, Mozilla, and Microsoft Edge.
When using Safari on your phone, we recommend saving the TotalCoach Athlete WebApp to your home screen. Follow this link and scroll down to .

On your computer or when using a different browser on your phone, we recommend saving TotalCoach as a bookmark.
Once signed in, you’ll see your TotalCoach Athlete WebApp Home page.
We suggest taking a look around your Home page and getting to know the features. The menu icon provides access to your Profile, Home, Lessons, My Golf/Tennis, Help, and Book a Lesson. Note the Activity feed on your home screen will be hidden until you book a lesson or schedule an event.
If your coach has invited you to a lesson, you will receive an email with a link. Your upcoming lessons and allocated times will also appear in the Activity feed on the Home Screen.

The Support button can be found via the menu icon on your phone, or the top menu bar on your computer, which will redirect you to our support page which contains help articles, FAQ and a contact us button.
If it is your first time booking a lesson we recommend completing your profile to provide valuable information about yourself to your coach. The profile section is found by tapping the menu icon and selecting your name. If you are accessing TotalCoach Athlete via your computer tap your initials icon in the top right side of the screen, then Profile. Here you can also Change your Password, Upgrade your Plan and Sign Out.
