# How does TotalCoach credit work?

If your clients cancel a lesson before your cancelation period ends, or if the coach cancels their lesson at any stage, and they have paid via the app, they will automatically receive TotalCoach credit for the value of the lesson.

TotalCoach credit does not expire and can be used for any of the services offered by the workspace.

A client can check their TotalCoach credit balance on their profile page.
