# Adding locations

1. Select the **Settings** cog on the top toolbar and select **Locations**.

2. Select the **Add location** button on the top right corner.&#x20;

3. Enter the location **Name**, **Phone number** and **Address**, then **Choose a colour**.&#x20;
4. Next, add the **Hours** for the location then tap **Save**.

Important: **Location hours** will determine a staff member's availability when [adding staff working hours](/coaches/support-for-coaches-organisations/welcome-to-totalcoach-support/setting-up-your-workspace/adding-staff-working-hours.md).&#x20;
