👩Adding staff

In addition to a single coach subscription, TotalCoach includes a complimentary staff account.

Adding a staff member to your workspace

You can invite staff members to join your workspace. Once added, each staff member will receive an invitation to confirm their account and install TotalCoach via the App Store.

Staff members will log in using the same email address used to create their account.

The staff member's phone number will appear on the booking confirmation email to clients in case they need to reach them.

  1. To add a new staff member, press the Settings cog, then select Staff.

  1. Then, tap the Add new staff button.

  1. Add staff details then choose the User roles and permissions you want to give the staff member, and then tap Save. You can also edit and delete the staff member's account later on.
