# Adding staff working hours

1. Select the **Settings** cog on the top toolbar and select **Staff**. &#x20;

2. Press the **View profile** button.

3. Press the **Edit profile** button - you can add, change, or remove information in this section.&#x20;

4. Staff won't appear on your public booking site when **Disable staff from bookings** is checked, so they can't be scheduled online. Additionally, they will not be available for selection when adding new lessons and services.

5. Add working hours for the staff member at each location. You can use the green **plus +** button to add more than one time period in a day to allow for regular breaks. Staff hours can only be set within the operating hours entered when [adding locations](/coaches/support-for-coaches-organisations/welcome-to-totalcoach-support/setting-up-your-workspace/adding-locations.md).

6. Finally, press **Save** to apply your changes.
